srrd/trunk: merged srrd/branches/multi-threaded from revision 805 to 1053. this includes full multi threading support which are implemented by some semaphors (one per service & some local ones) and two global rwlocks. we support the new configure flags —enable-debug-dns-cache, —enable-debug-semaphor-locks and —enable-debug-thread-locks. we are /finally/ fully multi threaded! use —disable-pthread to compile a single threaded srrd version.
