srrd/trunk: changed signal handler for coredumps SIGBUS, SIGSEGV… to close connections and then reset the handle to default and return. this should result in a clean coredump. SIGINT dumps the threads locking state. SIGQUIT dumps the threads locking state and then does a emergency shutdown. changed srrd cluster node TTL to drop a router when his deadcount reaches 0 and not when it reaches -SERVER_ROUTER_RETRANSMIT_TIME_MAX.
