srrd/trunk: moved all child environment initialisation in service_cmd.c cmd_pipe() from the child to the parent. after fork() the child now only closes some sockets and executes the service primitive. this should solve the " may only execute async-signal-safe operations until such time as one of the exec functions is called" issue. the child still hangs after fork() and does not produce output sometimes. this seems not to solve it. ;-(
