if remote_stage2[] gets a request, it should return EINVAL if:

• no rsb exists for the named resource
• the rsb exists but the nodeid is -1
• the rsb exists with some remote master specified

The last case wasnt recognized and was causing an assertion failure.
[The last two cases together are equivalent to res_nodeid != 0.]
