srrd:

merged changes from 457:HEAD from branches/uelis-branch to trunk.

the following changes are included:

• moved SRircd to SR.irc.ctrld
• changed irc daemon to connect as user or as service (configurable)
• changed irc client to search for a started irc controll daemon on all running srrd nodes and if not found to start one on the local box
• some fixes in the code, better start failur handling
