Merged Ueli's changes from branches/uelis-branch which contain updated for
the IRC client and control daemon allowing the control daemon to connect
as a service or as a user to the irc server depending on how the user
configures the service.

renamed SRircd to SR.irc.ctrld and changed irc client to search for a started
irc controll daemon on all running srrd nodes and if not found to start one
on the local box.

Added some fixes in the code, better start failure handling

Merged branches/server-summary which implements a server summary page containing
srrd version, state, service statistics, node dead time, uptime, node memory status,
node swap status, kernel version, node load as well as the commands 'isolate',
'attract' and 'involve'. These commands implement server service sttraction and
node isolation.
