• renamed urldecode.[ch] into url_decode.[ch]
• renamed base64decode.[ch] into base64_decode.[ch]
• added md5.[ch] with the md5 algorithm
• added md5_crypt.[ch] with the md5 password functions allowing seeds
• added password authentication to http.c - does not yet fully work
• added srrpasswd.c which compiles into a srrpasswd binary for password file manipulation. it allows to add users with passwords or certificates. it allows further to remove users from the password file.
