15.09.2003 - Release of srrd version 0.98-pre3

Changed opaque packet definitions for service and router lsa. Changed ordering
and added a protocol version field (u_char) as first byte of each opaque
packet type. This will allow further protocol extentions after the initial
release of srrd version 1.0. Current srrd < 1.0 has the version field set to 0.
It will be raised to 1 for srrd version 1.0.

Attention: This version does not correctly recognize srrd versions < 0.98-pre3!

You have to upgrade /all/ srrd daemons within your routing domain
at once!
