17.09.2003 - Release of srrd 0.98-pre4

Bumped version number of trunk to to 0.98-pre4.

Reverted opaque packet changes from last version. It seems that the
opaque lsa implementation in ospfd has troubles when using the new
layout. We will investagate what this is in a next version.
Fixed ssl password authentication if remote user does not have a
x509 certificate to show to srrd. It now correctly presents a
password entry panel when no certificate gets shown.

Fixed some possible SIGSEGVs and some unitialized values.

Attention:

Use this version instad of version 0.98-pre3! Quagga/Zebra has
problems with the new lsa layout introduced in version 0.98-pre3!

Use version 0.98-pre4 and higher!
