srrd/branches/multi-threaded: added thread support for ospf↔ospfapi communication, which was a bad idea. ospfapi is not reentrant so this is not possible with the current implementation. a better way to add thread support for the ospf/lsadb part would be to add thread support to all functions in ospf_callback.c. dispatching by ospfapi is fast. better to add thread support to the callback data path.
