Changeset 863 in orxonox.OLD

uid.c now checks for the configfile owner and makes sure that only the owner
by itselt can read & modify the configfile. (root will be added in the next update)

the configfile will be read dynamically trough the stat struct which let us see how big (size in bytes)
the file effectively is.
