srrd/branches/multi-threaded: extended thread.c. different thread arguments work. added lsadb_duplicate_lsa() to duplicate callback lsa arguments for the created threads. thread_fork_callback() does all the needed work. it does this by calling thread_fork() in the and as does thread_fork_http(). http & callback-update threads seem to work fine. i will multi-thread more callbacks next
