srrd/branches/multi-threaded: splitted lsadb_nsm_change() into lsadb_delete_router(). lsadb_delete_router() takes the router_id as argument and removes all known lsa from the lsadb which where advertised by that router. this function will be used too when the router lsa TTL deadline is reached, which currently gets accounted for, but does not get used to drop the router.
