srrd/branches/multi-threaded: optimized locking in ospf_callback_lsa_update_thread() data path. ospf_callback_lsa_update_thread(), lsadb_update() and service_seen() get called only with a reader lock on the lsadb! reader lock on config is needed only for those functions called by service_seen(). we will try the same trick in the ospf_callback_lsa_delete_thread()
