The available tickets are separated into two sections. A ticket is "suited for 2nd semester" if the framework is ready to implement the ticket, maybe even an example exists. A ticket is "advanced" if it's something new in Orxonox and there's more work to do than just a straightforward implementation and we can't tell you step by step what to do.
